GAC Motor Philippines, distributed by global mobility company Astara, reported that its sales went up 79% to 3,060 units sold as of November from 1,714 units sold in the same period last year, ranking among top Chinese automotive brands in the local market.
GAC Motor’s models, including the GS3 Emzoom, M6 Pro, and M8 MPVs, are driving its success. The Emzoom has sold a total of 1,987 this year, and 283 M6 Pro and 215 M8 MPVs have retailed since their launch in the first quarter of 2024. The recent introduction of the Emkoo Hybrid underscores the brand’s commitment to sustainable, high-performance mobility. These vehicles, equipped with cutting-edge technology and advanced features, have captivated a wide range of customers.
In October, the GS3 Emzoom crossover achieved a significant milestone, with 2,500 units sold since its launch in June 2023. Looking ahead, the company aims toaccelerate growth, enhance customer service, and launch innovative new models in 2025.

Decloedt said that the brand’s remarkable sales success is fueled by the demand for its top models and its proactive expansion of the dealer network. Currently with 32 selling dealerships nationwide, including permanent and interim retail facilities.
