This collaboration establishes a comprehensive warehousing and distribution solution for spare parts, finished vehicles, and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), ensuring efficient vehicle storage and distribution across the UAE.
Maersk’s state-of-the-art warehousing and distribution capabilities will ensure a remarkable 98% spare parts availability and enable rapid delivery within 24 to 48 hours throughout the UAE.
This partnership solidifies OMODA & JAECOO’s commitment to providing an exceptional customer ownership experience. The solution guarantees the availability of essential spare parts for all OMODA & JAECOO models, including the flagship OMODA C5 and JAECOO J8.
Developed in collaboration with Maersk, the solution adheres to rigorous workflow standards, combining efficiency and precision. It is strategically designed to promptly meet dealer and customer requirements, maintaining best-in-class industry practices and ensuring seamless after-sales support.
As part of its comprehensive services, Maersk will manage the inbound clearance of finished vehicles and spare parts from Jebel Ali Port and transport them to the designated facility.
Leveraging the advanced Warehousing Management System (WMS), Maersk will efficiently handle spare parts and vehicle inventory. Additionally, Maersk will facilitate last-mile distribution, delivering vehicles and spare parts to key locations across the UAE, including Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Ras Al Khaimah.
