W Express expands outlets, offers Korea visa travel bundles

W Express, the most widely used logistics solutions provider among Philippine businesses, has announced its expansion plans for this year, including the addition of five new outlets, new Korean visa application bundles, and passport delivery services to better serve its growing clientele.

Neil Cabreira, head of marketing and the data quality department at W Express, shared that the company is adding five new outlets this year in Cebu, Binan, Iloilo, Cabanatuan, and Tarlac to boost its nationwide coverage. Currently, W Express operates 100 outlets strategically located in key cities across the country.

“We are converting existing routes to reach non-serviceable areas. Our goal is to expand further over the next three years,” said Cabreira.

W Express also holds a three-year contract with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) for the delivery of bulk passports to 42 regional offices from the DFA printing facility in Batangas. Additionally, W Express has signed a contract with the DFA Multi-Purpose Cooperative for the delivery of individual passports.

To strengthen its partnership with the Korea Visa Application Center (KVAC), W Express is promoting Korean Tourist Visa bundles, which offer reduced processing fees for families and groups. The Korean Tourist Family or Group Visa Bundle is a simplified, value-packed offer designed to make the visa application process easier for families and groups. The bundle includes P1,000 for the primary applicant and P500 for additional family members. This offer is valid only for NCR applications and excludes the KVAC processing fee of P900.

Additionally, W Express is running a Luggage Raffle Promo until April 30, 2025, with luggage prizes for lucky winners.

In partnership with KVAC, W Express helped over 3,500 Filipinos fulfill their South Korea vacation dreams in 2024.

“Our goal for this partnership has always been to provide Filipino families and individuals with a seamless and easy process for fulfilling their South Korea visa travel requirements and delivery,” said Dawn Feliciano, W Express Chairman and President. “With over 3,500 successful applications, the trust families have in our service speaks volumes about the smooth experience we’ve built together with KVAC.”

Ahn Kyu Suk, Managing Director of KVAC, shared, “Our collaboration with W Express has been remarkable, helping so many Filipino families achieve their South Korea travel dreams. We look forward to the continued growth of this partnership.”

Eloisa Mena, W Express Assistant Vice-President for Business Development, said the KVAC partnership began in 2023 as a courier service for Korean visa applications. W Express proposed accepting visa applications for tourists, which the Korean embassy agreed to. This paved the way for the acceptance of Korean visa applications starting in 2024 on a limited basis covering Palawan and Mindanao, with plans for nationwide coverage.

This collaboration highlights W Express’ ongoing commitment to fostering stronger business partnerships and ensuring that both individuals and businesses continue to receive the reliable, efficient service they need to succeed, said Cabreira.
