Bombonería Dreisbach: Elevating Filipino chocolate culture with Artisan Bonbons

Just in time for Valentine’s Day 2025, Filipino chocolate startup Bombonería Dreisbach has officially launched its online store, bringing premium bonbons—Europe’s signature filled chocolates—to local chocolate lovers.

Founded by Jeconiah Dreisbach, the home-based artisan chocolate studio aims to cultivate a distinct Filipino chocolate culture, starting with Manila’s college students and young professionals. By leveraging social media and online delivery platforms, the brand makes its handcrafted confections easily accessible to customers across Metro Manila and nearby provinces.

Crafted with World-Class Philippine Cacao

Bombonería Dreisbach joins the country’s growing premium confectionery industry with a vision of putting Filipino artisan chocolates on the global map. Their bonbons are crafted to highlight the natural fruity notes of Philippine cacao, sourced from Davao—the country’s chocolate capital.

The brand’s flavors celebrate local ingredients, ranging from classic favorites like calamansi, ube macapuno, and mango to bold, unexpected pairings such as guyabano-mangosteen, langka, and guava. While most ingredients are proudly sourced from Davao and South Cotabato farms, the only exception is their mixed berries, imported from Australia.

Luxury Chocolates, Accessible to All

Despite its premium quality, Bombonería Dreisbach ensures its chocolates remain accessible through its Ballotin line, inspired by the traditional European ballotin box—a simple yet elegant packaging perfect for sharing with loved ones. For a more refined experience, the Finestra line offers bonbons neatly arranged in individual compartments.

Beyond chocolate, the brand supports local industries, sourcing its packaging from Pakil, Laguna’s traditional box makers, and reinforcing its commitment to Philippine craftsmanship.

With its dedication to quality, sustainability, and cultural appreciation, Bombonería Dreisbach is more than just a chocolate brand—it’s a movement to redefine Filipino confections for the modern palate.
