Cebu Pacific (CEB), the Philippines’ leading low-cost carrier, is set to make international travel even more convenient for Ilonggos with the launch of direct flights between Iloilo and Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport. This new route offers travelers from the City of Love a faster and more affordable way to experience Thailand’s vibrant culture, world-class cuisine, and exciting nightlife.
Starting March 31, 2025, CEB will operate three weekly flights on this route—every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday—making it the only airline to offer non-stop service between Iloilo and Bangkok.
Bangkok becomes the third international destination served by CEB from Iloilo, joining Hong Kong and Singapore in its growing network.
“We are thrilled to offer more travelers the opportunity to explore the majestic city of Bangkok. Strengthening our Iloilo hub allows us to connect even more passengers from the Western Visayas region to exciting destinations across our international network,” said Xander Lao, CEB President and Chief Commercial Officer.
To celebrate the route’s launch, CEB is offering an irresistible promo: from February 12 to 16, 2025, travelers can book flights from Iloilo to Bangkok for as low as PHP 1 one-way base fare (exclusive of fees and surcharges). The travel period covers March 31 to October 25, 2025.
Passengers may use their existing Travel Fund to book flights and avail of add-ons. CEB also provides flexible payment options, including credit or debit cards and e-wallets.
With this new route, Iloilo-based travelers now have easier access to Thailand’s stunning temples, bustling street markets, and famous entertainment scene—all at Cebu Pacific’s signature low fares.
Currently, Cebu Pacific flies to 37 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
