Meanwhile, the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) has raised the fuel surcharge for domestic and international flights to Level 5 for March 2025, up from Level 4 in February. This adjustment permits airlines to apply fuel surcharges ranging from ₱151 to ₱542 for domestic flights, depending on distance, and ₱498.03 to ₱3,703.11 for international routes.
