Airports Council International (ACI) World, in collaboration with travel technology leader Amadeus, has unveiled the winners of the highly anticipated 2024 ASQ Airport Experience Awards.
Widely regarded as the gold standard for airport customer service, these awards are unique because they are determined entirely by passengers through real-time feedback gathered via live surveys at airports worldwide.

The ASQ Awards are the aviation industry’s most trusted global measurement program for airport experience. This rigorous program collects feedback from travelers, offering a comprehensive and accurate reflection of a diverse range of passenger experiences. As the only survey that enables fair comparisons between airports, it ensures that every award winner is genuinely deserving.
Key Highlights of the 2024 ASQ Awards
The 2024 ASQ Awards saw a record-breaking 700,000 surveys completed, with more than half of the world’s travelers passing through an ASQ-rated airport. This milestone underscores the program’s critical role in establishing global service standards. A total of 181 ASQ Awards were presented to 95 airports worldwide, recognizing their dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
