FAST Logistics launches startup incubator to accelerate logistics innovation

FAST Logistics Group, the country’s leading end-to-end logistics, and selling and distribution company, has launched the Philippines’ first startup incubator dedicated to logistics technology and innovation.

The logistics innovation dubbed Revv-EVODINE Venture Studio was launched on April 3, 2025 at the FAST Learning and Innovation Hub in Cabuyao, Laguna, attended by industry leaders, government officials, and startup founders.

FAST CEO for Logistics Manuel L. Onrejas Jr. said the venture studio aims to foster technological breakthroughs that optimize supply chains and empower Filipino businesses.

“At FAST, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in Philippine logistics. Through Revv-EVODINE, we are creating a platform where promising ideas evolve into real-world solutions and scalable ventures, guided by an evidence-based, outcome-driven approach,” said Onrejas.

Revv-EVODINE is set to create value innovation and tackle interoperability challenges in Philippine logistics and supply chain. With a focus on leveraging artificial intelligence for forecasting, automation, and digital freight matching, among others, the initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs for businesses across the country.

The venture studio, he said, would leverage FAST’s over 50 years of industry leadership, extensive warehouse network and transport capabilities, and best-in-class tech infrastructure to provide real-world testing environments for validating and refining solutions.

Noting that Revv-EVODINE expands FAST’s innovation portfolio, Onrejas said the venture studio allows FAST to transform the industry while addressing customer needs.

“There are many pain points in logistics, from fragmented systems to last-mile inefficiencies. With Revv-EVODINE, we aim to solve the most pressing challenges that will deliver the greatest impact on customers, the market, and the industry. The rapid evolution of the logistics sector makes this the perfect time to innovate,” Onrejas said.

“This initiative also underscores our commitment to partnering with the government, the thriving startup community, and visionary, tech-driven entrepreneurs. Together, we are fostering a culture of excellence and innovation for the greater good,” he added.

Mentorship

During the launch, FAST Group President William B. Chiongbian II described the Revv-EVODINE Venture Studio as a “launchpad for innovators and entrepreneurs so they can make the greatest impact.”

“This means access to mentorship and real-world sandbox environments to ensure that promising solutions move from concept to execution,” he said.

“Ultimately, our aspiration is that the ideas we incubate here do not remain just ideas, but become scalable, transformative solutions for our countrymen,” Chiongbian added.

FAST VP for Strategic Growth Initiatives Gladys S. Ceniza, who is also Revv-EVODINE’s Chief Visionary Officer, said the venture studio will incubate ideas  from FAST’s internal teams, igniting innovation across all levels of the organization and empowering internal talent to become the next generation of venture leaders.

Revv-EVODINE will also champion groundbreaking ideas from young entrepreneurs outside the organization, including those recognized by FAST during the recent Philippine Startup Week, in alignment with the national government’s innovation initiatives.

Ceniza emphasized that through Revv-EVODINE, FAST’s executives and seasoned venture builders will provide innovators with mentorship, critical resources, cutting-edge tools, and strategic support to validate problems worth solving and create pathways for new business models.

“We believe in solutions that deliver real impact. By integrating startups into our logistics ecosystem, we help them scale faster and bring innovation to the industry more effectively,” Ceniza added.

High-Touch Approach

Revv-EVODINE’s structured incubation program follows a rigorous evaluation and development process to identify high-potential ideas and transform them into viable, scalable solutions.

By taking a hands-on approach tailored specifically for early-stage startups, the program ensures entrepreneurs receive the necessary support to navigate the complexities of venture building.

At the core of this initiative is an intensive 16-week incubation sprint, where founders gain access to personalized mentorship, critical resources, and real-world testing environments. This comprehensive program allows startups to validate their technology, refine their business models, and accelerate their market readiness.

Revv-EVODINE aims to launch four scalable ventures that will drive significant efficiency savings across the industry.

Leading this structured program is Exoasia Innovation Hub CEO Mack Comandante, who is also President and COO of Revv-EVODINE Venture Studio. He underscored the program’s emphasis on problem validation, product-market fit, and execution.

“Our goal is to de-risk startup ideas while accelerating their path to market,” Comandante explained. “Revv-EVODINE ensures that startups not only develop innovative solutions but also align them with industry needs and market demands, ensuring they are market-ready and capable of driving measurable impact in the logistics sector.”

Beyond incubation, Revv-EVODINE is deeply committed to fostering industry-wide collaboration.

“Innovation in logistics is not a solo endeavor,” Comandante said. “We are actively working with established industry players, technology providers, and policymakers to ensure that the startups we nurture have strong foundations for success.”
