American-Taiwanese firm PLG Prime Global Co. is planning to establish a luggage manufacturing operation in Hermosa, Bataan.
Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Director General Tereso O. Panga reported that he welcomed PLG representatives accompanied by by Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO) Board of Director Mr. Wilson Tecson and PEZA investment promotion partner Jayson Sze last April 16, 2025.
The potential investor is looking at registering for incentives under the CREATE MORE law.
PLG is one of the leading manufacturers of luggages with facilities in Taiwan, China and the US. At present, the company seeks to explore investments in the Philippines with the country’s growing presence as a smart investment destination in the region.
