Port operator Asian Terminals Inc. (ATI) declared cash dividends of P1.505 per share for a total of P3.003 billion payable on June 17, 2025 to its stockholders of record as of May 23, 2025.

In its disclosure, ATI said that its Board approved during its regular meeting on April 24, 2025 the declaration of cash dividends. The cash dividends include regular cash dividends of PhP1.075 per share or PhP2.145 billion, and special cash dividends of PhP0.430 per share or PhP858.14 million. Combined, a stockholder’s dividend is PhP1.505 per share and total total dividends of P3.003 billion.

ATI operates the Manila South Harbor, the Port of Batangas, Batangas Container Terminal and off-dock yards in Sta. Mesa, Manila and Calamba, Laguna.
