Alaska Airlines has announced a new partnership with Philippine Airlines (PAL), the flag carrier of the Philippines and Asia’s oldest continuously operating commercial airline. This collaboration marks a significant milestone as Philippine Airlines’ first loyalty partnership in North America, paving the way for Alaska Airlines’ Mileage Plan members to access captivating destinations in the Philippines, including the renowned islands of Palawan and Boracay.
Soon, Alaska Airlines’ customers will gain the convenience of booking flights on Philippine Airlines directly through alaskaair.com. Furthermore, they will be able to accrue valuable Mileage Plan miles on their PAL journeys and redeem their miles for flights operated by the Philippine carrier.
Philippine Airlines provides a robust network of flights connecting Alaska Airlines’ hubs in Honolulu and the West Coast with Manila. Travelers can choose from five weekly nonstop flights from Honolulu, three weekly nonstops from Seattle, two daily nonstops from Los Angeles, and a daily nonstop service from San Francisco.
From its hub in Manila, Philippine Airlines offers seamless connections to a multitude of destinations across Asia and beyond, further expanding travel possibilities for Alaska Airlines’ Mileage Plan members.
