Fastlink opens new warehouse in Paranaque

Fastlink Handlers & Brokerage Corp. (FHBC) has inaugurated its new warehouse facility in Parañaque City to address the growing demand for efficient logistics service in the country, particularly from foreign clients.

Evelyn G. Dela Cerna, FHBC President, said they have decided to build their own warehouse facility after renting two facilities in the past.

The new warehouse, including a 3-storey office building, has a project cost of P60 million. It is a 1,500 square meter facility, but the capacity can be doubled with the installation of racks.

Dela Cerna added the new warehouse will address growing inquiries, particularly foreign clients, for logistics services in the country.

Located at the Fastlink’s compound in Paranaque City, near the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, the facility is accredited under the Philippine Economic Zone Authority’s (PEZA) service registration unit.

PEZA Director General Tereso O. Panga in his speech at the recent opening of the new warehouse highlighted the vital role of logistics services—such as warehousing, trucking, forwarding, and brokerage—as the lifeblood of efficient trade and commerce.

“Logistics services are crucial in attracting investments and enhancing the competitiveness of our economic zones,” said Panga.

Since its establishment in 1998, Fastlink has consistently demonstrated expertise in freight forwarding, project cargo handling, and managing high-value, time-sensitive shipments. Their commitment has earned the trust of both local and international partners, supporting the growth of strategic industries in the country.

PEZA assured Fastlink and the industry of its full support to build a more connected, competitive, and progressive country in line with the “Bagong Pilipinas” initiative.
