Ocean Network Express (ONE) Philippines is pleased to announce a new partnership with Container Ledger Account Philippines, Inc. (CLAP) to offer customers an alternative and efficient solution for container deposits, effective June 01, 2025.
This collaboration underscores ONE’s commitment to simplifying processes and enhancing customer experience. By partnering with CLAP, a company dedicated to streamlining and accelerating container deposit refunds, ONE aims to provide a more convenient and faster process for its valued clients.
Customers now have the option to pay their container deposits through CLAP by registering directly with the organization. More information about CLAP and the registration process can be found on their website at clap.ph.
For customers and brokers already registered with CLAP who wish to utilize this new option, ONE requires the upload of the CLAP Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) registered “Acknowledgement Receipt” (specifically for Container Deposit Payment). This document should be submitted along with the necessary import documents and proof of other payments, such as freight, local charges, and demurrage, during the processing of their e-Delivery Order (e-DO) via the following links:

ONE Philippines noted that for container deposit refunds processed through CLAP, CLAP’s established guidelines will be followed. For container deposits paid directly to Ocean Network Express Philippines, Inc., customers are advised to refer to the refund advisory issued on April 2, 2025.
