The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), has issued Board Resolution No. 101 Series of 2025 directing all bus and terminal operators to improve land transportation terminals within 60 days.
Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon has earlier said that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., has strictly ordered operators and drivers to ensure the safety and convenience of passenger.
Dizon further stressed that non-compliant firms may face sanctions, including suspension.
Non-compliant terminal operators within the 60-day period will face suspension and closure thereafter.
