Conduent, a global leader in business process services, has expanded its operations at LIMA Tower One Lipa-Malvar, Batangas with projected employment of 1,500 this year.
The 9,000-square-meter, three-story facility will house Conduent’s rapidly growing workforce, supporting operations in finance, healthcare services, and procurement.
With a projected 1,500 jobs to be generated within 2025, the new office signals Conduent’s commitment to nurturing local talent while reinforcing Batangas’ emerging role as a hub for business process outsourcing.
