B/E Aerospace (Collins Aerospace) officially signed a Registration Agreement with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), formally establishing its operations as a new ecozone Information Technology (IT) enterprise.
Signed by PEZA Director General Tereso O. Panga and B/E Aerospace Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director Allan Hall on May 26, 2025, this agreement marks a distinct and original registration, separate from the company’s existing manufacturing activities.
It authorizes B/E Aerospace to operate under a new classification focused on knowledge and business process outsourcing (BPO) and IT-enabled services within the Philippines.
As a PEZA-registered enterprise known for its manufacturing activities, B/E Aerospace will now deliver a range of high-value services, with a specific focus on Aerospace and Defense Global Technical Solutions—including engineering and design, finance and accounting, customer service, supply chain and logistics, credit and collections, global people services, IT services, and other general business administrative and support functions.
