Clark achieves level 1 accreditation in global airport customer experience program

Clark International Airport (CRK) has proudly achieved Level 1 Accreditation in the prestigious Airport Customer Experience Accreditation program by Airports Council International (ACI), marking a significant step forward in its mission to provide a world-class travel experience.

This global program is the only initiative of its kind dedicated to guiding airports in enhancing customer experience management. Through a structured, multilevel framework, ACI’s accreditation process evaluates performance across eight key areas, including strategy, governance, measurement, service design, and innovation.

Reaching Level 1 accreditation signifies Clark International Airport’s growing sophistication in managing and improving customer service across all passenger touchpoints. It affirms CRK’s commitment to continuous improvement and readiness to pursue more advanced levels of accreditation in the future.
