President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and First Lady Louise Araneta Marcos today warmly welcomed Prime Minister Lawrence Wong and Mrs. Wong of the Republic of Singapore upon their arrival at Malacañan Palace for a two-day official visit.
Prime Minister Wong, who is undertaking his inaugural bilateral visit to the Philippines since his reappointment in May, was accorded a full welcome ceremony by the Palace Honor Guards. The visit underscores the enduring strong ties between the Philippines and Singapore, both key members of the Southeast Asian community.
