The IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) sees sustained industry growth of 4 percent growth in full-time employment (FTE) to 1.9 million and 5 percent growth in revenue generation to $40 billion in 2025.
“The Philippine IT-BPM industry continues to demonstrate resilience and adaptability,” said IBPAP President and CEO Jack Madrid revealed these projections at a recent media briefing.
“As the global landscape evolves, our commitment to talent development, innovation, and digital transformation maintains our market share of the global market.”
As the industry continues to thrive amid global headwinds and rapid technological change, IBPAP is set to honor its trailblazers through Solaia 2025, the association’s flagship awards program. Now in its second year, Solaia recognizes companies, initiatives, and individuals that are shaping the future of the Philippine IT-BPM sector through innovation, leadership, and inclusive growth.
In the same briefing, Madrid shared how this year’s Solaia entries reflect the evolving role of technology in the workplace. “We’re seeing success stories of how AI is being used in the industry for efficiency and high-value work. We see more firms investing in upskilling so talent can grow alongside tech. This is critical as we combine the power of humans with AI.”
A major highlight of this year’s celebration is the recognition of the Philippines’ Best Workplaces™ in IT-BPM 2025, a collaboration between Great Place To Work® Philippines and IBPAP, now in its second year as part of the Solaia Awards program.
The list will honor 30 organizations that have built people-first, high-trust workplace cultures, essential for growth and performance in the IT-BPM sector.
Insights were gathered from over 450,000 employee voices across 250 Certified™ organizations in the Philippines, using Great Place To Work’s evidence-based assessment model and Emprising® platform.
“It is an honor to recognize the Philippines Best Workplaces in IT-BPM for 2025, a remarkable group of organizations that are not only driving digital innovation but also leading with a deep sense of purpose and humanity,” said Charles Plumley, General Manager of Great Place To Work® ASEAN & ANZ.
“These companies remind us that amid constant disruption and accelerated technological change, it is our people — their ideas, their integrity, and their capacity to collaborate — that remain our greatest asset. They are proof that a high-trust, people-first culture is a powerful foundation for growth in one of the fastest-evolving industries.”
