The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) will launch an electronic complaint management systems (eCMS) to facilitate the filing of complaints against inefficient or corrupt bureaucratic practices in the delivery of government service.
With the system integrated into the eGovPH, ARTA said the eCMS becomes a whole of government approach to addressing complaints. This is also in line with President Marcos Jr’s directive that government services must be streamlined and digitalized for more efficient service delivery.
ARTA is the main government agency mandated to fight government red tape and promote ease of doing business in the country.
The launch is scheduled on July 22, 2025.
