Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) and Japan’s NTT Urban Development (NTTUD) Asia have officially launched The Wave Towers, a landmark PHP 9.2 billion premium residential project poised to redefine urban living in Cebu IT Park. This highly anticipated development, a product of their joint venture CLI NUD Ventures, marks CLI’s first international partnership and a significant vote of confidence from NTTUD Asia, the real estate arm of Japan’s NTT Group.
The unveiling included the grand opening of The Wave Towers showroom, offering the public an exclusive glimpse into the project’s sophisticated features and meticulously designed model units.
Inspired by the serene and purposeful design philosophy of Japan, and enriched with Cebuano craftsmanship, The Wave Towers aims to introduce a prestigious yet tranquil lifestyle to one of Cebu’s most dynamic business districts.
“With The Wave Towers, we’re setting a new standard for Cebu’s urban living, where design meets cultural respect and harmony,” said Jose Soberano III, CLI Chairman and CEO. “This vision is made possible through our partnership with NTTUD Asia, blending their global design expertise with our local insight to create homes that reflect purpose and lasting value.”
The Wave Towers will comprise two residential buildings, beginning with the 40-story Nagomi Tower. Named after the Japanese word for “harmony” or “calm,” Nagomi Tower will feature 709 premium residential units. Each unit is thoughtfully designed for modern living, boasting minimalist interiors with clean lines and neutral tones, alongside contemporary fittings such as smart digital locksets and intercoms, TOTO (or equivalent) bathroom fixtures, and LVT flooring in bedrooms.
NTTUD, with its global footprint spanning major cities like New York, London, Boston, Melbourne, and Tokyo, brings unparalleled international credibility and long-term investment value to this collaboration, reinforcing CLI’s proven track record in the Philippine real estate market.
