The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) announced further flight disruptions as of 1:00 PM PST, directly attributable to the adverse weather conditions brought about by the southwest monsoon (Habagat). A total of 30 flights have been cancelled, with an additional three flights diverted, impacting both domestic and international routes.
