President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has approved the appointment of several new officials within the Department of Transportation (DOTr), further strengthening the department’s leadership.
Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon officiated the oath-taking ceremony on Tuesday for the newly appointed Director IVs: Ms. Lalaine Cortes, Ms. Crinezza Veil Mendoza, Mr. Eduardo Mangalili, and Mr. Carlo Bala. These appointments are expected to bolster the DOTr’s efforts in achieving its transportation goals.
In addition to the new DOTr directors, Mr. Donette A. Dolina was sworn in as a newly promoted Commodore of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) before Secretary Dizon. This promotion signifies an important step in his career and for the PCG’s command structure.
