AyalaLand Logistics Holdings reports P105 million net income for 1H 2025

AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC), a subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI), announced its financial and operational results for the first half of 2025, reporting consolidated revenues of P1.88 billion and a net income of P105 million.

Revenues from the sale of industrial lots reached P869 million, reflecting a 49% year-on-year decrease due to strong sales in 2024 at Laguindingan Technopark.  To meet the growing demand for industrial lots, ALLHC introduced new inventory in Cavite Technopark during the second quarter, with further expansions in other Technoparks planned for later this year.

ALLHC’s leasing businesses remained steady, contributing P948 million in total revenues.  Warehouse revenues amounted to P359 million, a slight 5% dip from the previous year.  The company expanded its warehouse portfolio with the opening of the second phase of ALogis Mabalacat in Pampanga Technopark and additional units in ALogis Naic 2 in Cavite Technopark, adding 18,000 sqm and 3,800 sqm of gross leasable area (GLA), respectively.

Cold storage revenues saw a significant 33% increase year-on-year, totaling P122 million, driven by the contributions of new Artico cold chain facilities in Mabalacat, Santo Tomas, Urdaneta, and Iloilo.  Ongoing construction for the second phase of the Artico Santo Tomas and Mabalacat facilities is expected to add over 15,000 pallet positions to the company’s cold storage portfolio.

Commercial leasing revenues remained stable at P467 million, supported by improved mall occupancies and steady office leasing performance.

“We’ve made meaningful progress in the first half by completing strategic projects that expand our footprint and position us for future growth.  With healthy market demand and our focus now on driving occupancy and sales to strengthen our performance, we believe these assets are well-placed to start delivering value,” said Robert S. Lao, President and CEO of ALLHC.

As the leading industrial real estate company in the Philippines, ALLHC continues to expand its presence across seven growth areas nationwide through its industrial parks, warehouses, cold storage facilities, data centers, and commercial leasing properties.
