Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI), a global leader in electronics manufacturing solutions, has completed the sale of its 100% equity interest in Integrated Micro-Electronics Czech Republic to Keboda Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of Keboda Technology Co., Ltd., a publicly listed company based in China.
Keboda is recognized as a leading system solution provider for automotive intelligent and energy-efficient electronics components.
The transaction, initially disclosed on June 4, 2025, was executed through IMI’s subsidiary, Coöperatief IMI Europe U.A.
Following the fulfillment of all conditions related to the deal, the transaction officially closed on July 31, 2025, with a total consideration of €10,025,567, subject to post-closing adjustments.
This strategic divestment aligns with IMI’s ongoing efforts to optimize its global manufacturing footprint.
By streamlining operations, IMI aims to enhance operational efficiency, increase facility utilization, and drive profitability in the region.
High-value customers previously managed by the Czech facility have been successfully transitioned to IMI’s manufacturing sites in Bulgaria and Serbia.
