EEI Power Corporation today announced the successful completion of a Level 2 Energy Audit for Plastic Container Packaging Corporation (PCPC), one of the country’s leading producers of plastic containers and PET bottles. The audit, finalized with a Certificate of Completion issued on May 23, 2025, provides PCPC with a clear, actionable roadmap for significant energy savings and enhanced operational efficiency.
The comprehensive audit evaluated PCPC’s energy performance across its full 24/7 manufacturing operations, which consume over 3 million kWh of electricity annually. In alignment with the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (RA 11285), the assessment identified system-level strategies that ensure a 5% reduction in electricity consumption, with the potential for savings of up to 15% through operational improvements.
