Haus Talk, Inc. (HTI), a leading developer of affordable and mid-market housing, has been recognized as one of the Top 10 Partner-Developers by the Pag-IBIG Fund for the first half of 2025. The prestigious award was presented at the annual Pag-IBIG Fund Stakeholders Accomplishment Report, held on August 1 at the Manila Hotel.
HTI President, Ma. Rachel D. Madlambayan, accepted the award on behalf of the company, which was acknowledged for its significant contributions to Pag-IBIG’s mission of making homeownership accessible to more Filipinos.
This recognition highlights HTI’s strategic focus and strong performance in the affordable housing segment. In the first half of 2025, the company recorded a total loan value of P444.3 million. A substantial portion of this was generated from its flagship project, The Granary in Biñan, Laguna. The overwhelming demand for this 14-hectare development has led HTI to accelerate its completion timeline from five years to just three.
