SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation (SMHCC), the hospitality arm of SM Prime Holdings, Inc., is proud to announce the opening of a new Park Inn by Radisson hotel in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, is set to open in the first quarter of 2029. This new hotel will expand SMHCC’s regional portfolio and reinforce SM Prime’s vision of creating integrated lifestyle destinations.
Located within an integrated SM Prime development on the Sta. Rosa – Tagaytay Road, the P1.5 billion hotel will offer a direct connection to a premier SM mall and the upcoming 4,000-sqm SMX Sta. Rosa Trade Hall. This strategic connection aims to provide a seamless experience for both business and leisure travelers.
The new hotel will feature 201 well-appointed rooms, along with modern amenities including diverse dining options, a swimming pool, a gym, and dedicated spaces for meetings and events.

Designed by the acclaimed firm H1 Architecture, the hotel’s design will blend contemporary hospitality with local charm and international brand standards. The project highlights SM Prime’s commitment to developing integrated estates where retail, business, and hospitality converge to deliver a complete and holistic experience for guests.
