PHirst Park Homes, the first-home brand of Century Properties Group, announced its strategic expansion into Mindanao with the launch of its maiden project, PHirst Park Homes Gen San, in General Santos City. This move marks a significant step in the company’s nationwide growth plan, following its successful entry into the Visayas region in 2023.
Project Details and Key Features
PHirst Park Homes Gen San is a 25-hectare master-planned community located in Brgy. Baluan, with convenient access to the Sarangani-Davao del Sur Coastal Road. The development, with an estimated sales value of P5.3 billion, will offer over 2,000 homes to meet the growing demand for quality, affordable housing in the region.
The community will feature two of PHirst’s popular house models:
- Amani: A townhouse with a 36 sqm floor area on a typical lot ranging from 44-60.5 sqm, with prices between P1.8M and P2.1M.
- Dua: A single-attached unit with a 48 sqm floor area on a typical 77 sqm lot, with prices starting at P2.8M.
Both models are designed to be fully finished, move-in ready, and expandable to accommodate the needs of a growing family. The development promises a “home in a park, and a park in a home” experience, providing residents with well-planned amenities, generous open spaces, and a secure environment.
Addressing the Housing Backlog in a Thriving Market
The expansion into Mindanao is timely, as the region is fast emerging as a strategic economic powerhouse. Government investments in infrastructure, such as the Mindanao Railway Project, are opening new economic corridors and driving robust regional activity. This new project follows the brand’s successful launch of PHirst Park Homes Bacolod in 2023. The 16-hectare Bacolod community, which will deliver nearly 1,500 homes, is on track to turn over its first batch of units by August 2025.
