Cebu Pacific shifts more turboprop flights to Clark to reduce Manila congestion

In a move to improve passenger experience and help manage airport capacity, Cebu Pacific (CEB) is transferring more of its turboprop flight operations from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 2 to Clark International Airport (CRK).

The transfer, effective October 26, 2025, is in compliance with the resolution issued by the Department of Transportation’s Manila Slot Coordination Committee.

The following flights to and from Manila will now operate out of Clark International Airport:

  • DG 6117/6118 Manila–Naga–Manila
  • 5J 513/514 Manila–San Jose–Manila

As a result of this change, direct flights between Manila and Naga will now operate once a day, down from the previous two daily flights. All direct flights to San Jose will now be rerouted to depart from and arrive in Clark.

Special Promo for Affected Passengers

To mark this transition, Cebu Pacific is offering a special promotion on flights from Clark to Naga and San Jose. From August 28 to 31, 2025, passengers can book one-way flights for as low as PHP 1 base fare, not including fees and surcharges, for travel until March 31, 2026.

Cebu Pacific is committed to managing airport capacity to ensure a smoother and more efficient travel experience for all passengers.

Options for Affected Passengers

Passengers with existing bookings on these flights will be notified and given the following options:

  1. Free Rebooking: Rebook your flight without a fare difference up to 30 days from your original travel date.
  2. Travel Fund: Store the cost of your ticket in a virtual CEB wallet, which can be used to book a new flight or purchase add-ons like baggage allowance or seat selection.
  3. Refund: Receive a full refund for the ticket.

AirSWIFT, a wholly owned subsidiary of CEB, will continue to operate from NAIA Terminal 2 until March 2026.
