P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin Corp., a joint venture between P.A. Alvarez Properties and Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., in partnership with SMCC Philippines, Inc., officially celebrated a key milestone today with the precast installation for its newest residential community, Idesia San Jose del Monte.
This event highlighted the implementation of the Precast Japanese System, an advanced construction technology pioneered by SMCC Philippines. This innovative system allows for the off-site prefabrication of structural components—including walls, floors, beams, and stairs—which are then rapidly and precisely assembled at the project site, significantly accelerating construction while ensuring consistent quality and structural integrity.
Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz, President and CEO of P.A. Properties, emphasized that the installation ceremony represents a significant step forward in community development. “This event is not just about engineering progress,” she stated, “it symbolizes our shared commitment to building quality homes that uplift Filipino families through innovation and collaboration.”
Echoing this sentiment, Mr. Yoshiaki Sakaguchi, General Manager of SMCC Philippines, Inc., spoke to the system’s efficiency and durability. The event, which was attended by partners, stakeholders, and engineers, provided a firsthand look at the four-phase precast process: panel preparation, lifting and positioning, alignment and securing, and final inspection.
