Acting Secretary Lopez, in accepting the leadership role, described Secretary Dizon’s brief but impactful service as the new benchmark for public service. “Secretary Vince’s kind of leadership sets the gold standard that every secretary should follow in every department. I repeat, the gold standard,” said Acting Secretary Lopez.
