J&T Express continues to support employees with “Bayanihan” initiative

J&T Express Philippines, one of the country’s leading e-commerce delivery companies, is reinforcing its commitment to its employees with the second wave of its “Ayuda” or assistance program. The initiative, rooted in the Filipino spirit of “Bayanihan”, aims to provide essential support to the company’s over 30,000 employees and their families as they navigate the challenges of the pandemic.

Following the success of its community pantry initiative last month, J&T Express is distributing care packages filled with groceries and other necessities to its team members nationwide. Each package includes essential items such as rice, canned goods, instant noodles, and coffee to help ease the financial burden on employees.

“Helping one another has always been at the heart of our company,” said Susi Susanti, Human Resources and Administration Director for J&T Express Philippines. “Through simple acts of kindness and camaraderie, we are showcasing the true Bayanihan spirit. As we face these different challenges, we have to remember that we have one another. We will rise again, fellow J&T partners.”

This latest effort underscores J&T Express Philippines’ dedication to not only providing fast and reliable delivery services but also to fostering a culture of support and community. The company believes that by taking care of its own, it can better serve the wider community and help the nation recover.
