PAL expands domestic flights from Clark to popular tourist destinations

Philippine Airlines (PAL) is boosting its domestic network from Clark International Airport (CRK) with increased flight frequencies to two of the country’s most sought-after destinations: Basco and Busuanga (Coron). Starting October 26, 2025, services to both locations will increase from seven to 14 flights per week, providing travelers with twice-daily options.

The move aims to enhance connectivity and support local tourism by making it easier for residents of Central and Northern Luzon to access these popular spots. Busuanga (Coron) is a gateway to world-class diving sites and pristine beaches, while Basco is celebrated for its picturesque rolling hills and unique rock formations.

“The increased frequencies in Clark not only provide more flight choices for Central and Northern Luzon residents and leisure travelers, but more importantly, improve connectivity, boost local tourism and economic activity, and ease congestion at Manila’s main airport,” said Rabbi Vincent Ang, President of PAL Express.

In addition to the expanded service, PAL’s daily Clark-Siargao flights will continue, offering residents a convenient alternative to traveling to Manila for connections. Siargao, known as the “surfing capital of the Philippines,” is a top choice for adventure seekers.

All flights from Clark will be operated using PAL’s 86-seater De Havilland Dash 8-400 Next Generation aircraft.

PAL’s commitment to improving the travel experience has earned it recent accolades, including being recognized as one of the Top 10 Best Asia Pacific Airlines and the most punctual in the region in April 2025, according to a report by Cirium.
