In line with the implementation of the E-Commerce Philippine Trustmark, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) reiterates that the initial Trustmark registration fee is free for all DTI-registered micro enterprises.
To secure a Trustmark, micro enterprises with total assets of up to three million pesos have to pay a total of PHP130 only for the following:
- PHP0 (free)
- PHP100 (web administration fee)
- PHP30 (documentary stamp)
Meanwhile, small businesses with total assets of more than three million (PHP3,000,001) to PHP15 million will be given a 50 percent discount on their initial registration. They will only have to pay a total of PHP630 for the following:
- PHP500 (application fee)
- PHP100 (web administration fee)
- PHP30 (documentary stamp)
Medium enterprises with total assets of more than PHP15 million (PHP15,000,001) are required to pay the full fee:
- PHP1,000.00 (application fee)
- PHP100.00 (web administration fee)
- PHP30 (documentary stamp)
The mandatory registration is required for all online merchants, e-retailers, and digital platforms under Department Administrative Order (DAO) No. 25-12. The DTI has extended the registration period to December 31, 2025, to accommodate more businesses.
