The International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA) is pleased to announce that the 2025 FIATA World Congress will take place in Hanoi, Vietnam, from October 6–10, 2025. This premier event will bring together leaders in freight forwarding and logistics from around the world to discuss the future of the industry.
This year’s congress will focus on key topics shaping the global supply chain, including the development of sustainable, resilient, and digitalised supply chains. Sessions will cover a wide range of critical subjects, such as multimodal transport, the rise of e-commerce logistics, and strategies for climate-sensitive operations.
A can’t-miss highlight of the program will be the Leader’s Insights session on Thursday, October 9. This exclusive fireside chat will feature Dr. Young Tae Kim, Secretary General of the International Transport Forum (ITF), in a conversation with FIATA Director General, Dr. Stéphane Graber.
To ensure the dialogue is as relevant and engaging as possible, FIATA members are invited to submit their questions for Dr. Kim and Dr. Graber in advance. Questions can be sent to events@fiata.org, with a submission deadline of Friday, September 26, 2025.
The FIATA World Congress serves as a vital platform for industry professionals to network, share knowledge, and collaborate on the challenges and opportunities facing the logistics sector.
