Philippine Airlines (PAL), the Philippines’ flag carrier, is pleased to announce a significant upgrade to its operations at Singapore Changi International Airport (SIN). Effective October 28, 2025, all Philippine Airlines flights arriving at and departing from Singapore will be relocated to Changi Airport Terminal 2 (T2).
This strategic move to a new, modern home aims to provide a more seamless and enhanced travel experience for PAL’s passengers flying between the Philippines and Singapore.
PAL is excited to move its Singapore operations to the newly revitalized Terminal 2 at Changi Airport. “This relocation is part of our commitment to improving the passenger journey and ensuring world-class service. T2’s state-of-the-art facilities and efficient layout will help us serve our passengers better, offering greater comfort and convenience from check-in to arrival.”

- Flights Affected: All Philippine Airlines flights to and from Manila (MNL) and other PAL destinations.
PAL advises all passengers scheduled to travel on or after October 28, 2025, to check their flight details and proceed directly to Terminal 2 for check-in and departure procedures.
Passengers are encouraged to book their flights now and be among the first to experience PAL’s service in its new Changi T2 home. PAL will continue to operate its regular flight schedule, connecting Singapore to key destinations in the Philippines.
