Cebu Pacific, the Philippines’ leading carrier, is significantly enhancing its network from Clark, making the Central Luzon hub an even stronger gateway to the rest of the country. The airline announced the launch of direct flights to Naga and San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, bringing its total destinations from Clark to 16, the widest network of any carrier operating at the airport.
The new routes are key to a massive expansion that will see Cebu Pacific’s seat capacity at Clark increase to 1.7 million by year-end, a 25% boost from the 1.4 million seats in 2024. This growth will also enable the airline to operate over 11,000 flights in 2025, a substantial 49% increase from approximately 7,000 flights this year.
“With Cebu Pacific’s expanded network, increased capacity, and more affordable fares, Clark is fast becoming one of the most exciting jump-off points for air travel, giving passengers greater access to key domestic and international destinations,” said Candice Iyog, CEB Marketing and Customer Experience Officer. “This growth strengthens Clark’s role as a vital tourism, economic, and transportation hub, creating more opportunities for communities in the region and beyond.”
The new direct flights will operate on the following schedules:
Clark to Naga: Starts October 26, operating four times weekly (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday).
Clark to San Jose, Occidental Mindoro: Starts October 28, operating three times weekly (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday).
With these additions, CEB now flies to 12 domestic and four international destinations from Clark.
To encourage travel and celebrate the expanded network, Cebu Pacific is holding a special seat sale until October 31. Passengers can book flights to all domestic destinations from Clark for as low as PHP 99 one-way base fare, exclusive of fees and surcharges, for travel until March 31, 2026.
This commitment to affordability means passengers flying from Clark can enjoy fares that are up to 33% lower compared to flying from Manila when booked in advance.
Cebu Pacific currently operates flights to a total of 37 domestic and 26 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
