“Hangga’t may mga Pilipinong nagnanais ng sariling tahanan, hindi po titigil ang pamahalaan sa aming pagkilos. Walang hihinto sa trabaho. Walang maiiwanan sa Bagong Pilipinas,” President Marcos stated in his keynote address.
He praised the vital collaboration between the government and the private sector—a partnership essential for expanding housing programs, streamlining services, and developing climate-resilient communities through initiatives like the Green Lane Program.

Hankyu at the Expo emphasizes their continued collaboration with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and the Pag-IBIG Fund.
