Philippine Airlines (PAL) announced the cancellation of several domestic and international flights scheduled for Monday, November 3, and Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in anticipation of the severe weather conditions brought by Typhoon Tino (International name “Kalmaegi”).
The decision was made with the paramount concern for the safety of its passengers and crew, as the typhoon is forecast to affect large parts of the Visayas and Mindanao regions in the Philippines.

Guidance and Options for Affected Passengers
Passengers with canceled flights are strongly advised not to proceed to the airport. PAL is offering the following flexible options to mitigate the inconvenience:
- Rebook Your Ticket: Passengers may rebook their ticket in the same cabin class on a flight with available space within 60 days from the original flight date.
- Convert to Travel Credits: The value of unused tickets can be converted into Travel Credits. These credits are valid for two years and can be used for future ticket purchases. As an added benefit, affected passengers will receive a 5% incentive added to their Travel Credits.
- Refund: For those who choose not to rebook, PAL will process a full refund of the unused ticket, excluding the ticketing service charge.
