BOC-Port of Manila schedules public auction for seven forfeited luxury vehicles

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) – Port of Manila (POM) today announced the schedule for a highly anticipated public auction of seven high-value luxury vehicles. These vehicles were officially forfeited by the government after being seized in October 2025 for violating the Customs Modernization and Tariff Act (CMTA) through illegal importation and technical smuggling.

The public auction, which is expected to generate significant revenue for the national coffers, serves as a decisive step in the BOC’s intensified campaign against misdeclaration and illicit trade practices.

Featured Luxury Units

The sealed-bidding auction features an impressive manifest of seven late-model vehicles, highlighting the value and scale of the illegal importations being addressed by the BOC. The list includes:

  • Rolls-Royce Cullinan (2023)

  • Mercedes-Benz G500 (2019, Brabus Edition)
