FAST Logistics Group, the Philippines’ leading end-to-end logistics provider, today announced that three of its top executives have been appointed as key members of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Supply Chain and Logistics Guild. This significant collaboration underscores FAST’s commitment to national economic development through its “Logistics Para sa Bayan” advocacy.
The appointed executives—Manuel L. Onrejas Jr., CEO for Logistics; Gladys S. Ceniza, VP for Strategic Growth Initiatives; and Marc Anthony D. Dizon, ColdChain Business Unit Head—will provide pro bono expertise to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The Guild’s mission is to guide MSMEs in overcoming operational hurdles, strengthening supply chain resilience, and boosting their overall competitiveness across transport, warehousing, and cold chain segments.
“Being part of the DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Guild allows us to give back by sharing our knowledge and experience with MSMEs that drive local economies,” said Manuel L. Onrejas Jr., who has pioneered sustainable logistics solutions within FAST. “This initiative truly resonates with FAST’s ‘Logistics Para sa Bayan’ advocacy, as we work together to create a more connected, efficient, and inclusive logistics ecosystem for the country.”
The executives bring deep, specialized experience to the Guild:
- Manuel L. Onrejas Jr. will leverage his extensive tenure, which began as a systems engineer in 1997, in pioneering sustainable and empowering supply chain solutions for MSMEs.
- Gladys S. Ceniza contributes over 30 years of corporate and entrepreneurial leadership, focusing on driving strategic growth into new market segments and strengthening vital partnerships with government and business organizations.
- Marc Anthony D. Dizon is an expert in cold chain management, currently leading the expansion of FAST’s Intelligent ColdChain Solutions network. He also serves as a Technical Consultant for the Cold Chain Association of the Philippines.
“FAST regards strong partnerships with the government as a critical business strategy,” emphasized Ms. Ceniza. “By aligning with public initiatives, we can accelerate industry-wide transformation and ensure that logistics information is accessible and available for all enterprises.”
Mr. Dizon added that the Guild represents collaboration in action. “By working hand in hand with DTI and fellow industry leaders, we can help MSMEs strengthen their logistics capabilities and ensure that every Filipino business—big or small—has access to reliable, sustainable, and modern supply chain solutions.”
Guild members volunteer their time and expertise to help MSMEs optimize resources, expand market reach, and adapt to the evolving business landscape. Interested MSMEs are encouraged to contact the DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Group (SCLG) via email to be connected with a suitable consultant.
