Signature Series, the premium primary residential brand of SM Prime Holdings (SM Prime), is inviting its target market to experience the future of elevated urban living with the launch of its inaugural Signature Life Space at The Podium Mall in Mandaluyong City.
The unveiling marks a significant step for the brand in bringing its vision of thoughtful, refined living closer to discerning homeowners.
Spanning approximately 300 square meters, the Signature Life Space was masterfully designed by Lor Calma & Partners, the firm behind landmark architectural achievements such as The Mind Museum and the redevelopment of the National Museum of the Philippines.
“We call it a ‘Life Space’ because it’s designed to show people what thoughtful living feels like,” said Jessica Sy, Vice President and Head of Design, Innovation and Strategy at SM Prime. “The materials come together in a balanced way that inspires a more considered, more refined approach to everyday life.”

The layout encourages connection and contemplation, featuring a mix of inviting seating areas, quiet nooks, private conference rooms, and a dedicated bar.
The opening of the Life Space coincides with the brand’s first major project: the ambitious relaunch of the Susana Heights estate in Muntinlupa City.
This 284-hectare development will be transformed into a premium, sustainable community, backed by an initial investment of ₱25 billion. The estate will host a comprehensive network of residential clusters, lifestyle and civic spaces, and commercial hubs.
“From here, we plan to open another Life Space in Susana Heights, with a target launch by the first quarter of next year,” Ms. Sy added. “It will be a special one because visitors can experience the natural charm of the estate firsthand.”
As an initial offering, Signature Series is marketing the SM group’s treasury inventory in the existing Susana Heights Village. These are build-ready residential lots ranging from 500 sqm to 900 sqm, complemented by significant enhancements to amenities and infrastructure.
Following this, the brand will launch a new, low-density luxury residential village as its flagship project within the estate. This new development will feature:
