Grab Philippines, in partnership with the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 (under NNIC), is pleased to announce the launch of a free shuttle service connecting NAIA Terminal 3 (NAIA T3) directly to the One Ayala transport hub. This initiative aims to significantly ease congestion and provide a reliable, convenient transport option for travelers during the busy Christmas holiday season.
The complimentary shuttle service underscores the strong working partnership between NNIC, Grab, and various transport partners, focusing on seamless passenger movement during the peak travel periods in December.
“As the holidays draw near, we anticipate a surge in passenger volume at NAIA. By offering a free, scheduled shuttle service, we are directly addressing potential congestion and ensuring that travelers have a smooth, stress-free transition from the airport to a major transport nexus like One Ayala,” said a spokesperson for Grab Philippines. “This effort reflects our commitment to utilizing technology and collaboration to improve the commuter experience in the Philippines.”
The free shuttle will operate on select dates throughout December to cover high-volume travel periods:

Passengers arriving at NAIA T3 who wish to avail of the free ride can proceed to one of the following locations:

Grab Booking Booth: Located at the Terminal 3 arrival area.

Upon arrival at the One Ayala transport hub, travelers can seamlessly connect to various public transport options or conveniently book a Grab ride to their final destination.
