Converge strengthens Enterprise, SME businesses with new world-class leaders

Leading fixed broadband and technology solutions provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is fortifying its management team as it accelerates its evolution from a fiber internet provider into a technology company, with increasing presence in the enterprise market.

With the evolving needs of large companies and various industries, Converge is eyeing to serve the business-to-business or B2B segment with its innovative solutions as signified with the launch of the Converge Global Business headquarters last November.

Leading this charge is Grace Jarin-Castillo, a recognized pioneer in building corporate data business in developed markets with offerings such as data center, managed services, cloud, hosted services, mobility solutions and other value-added services for the enterprise and wholesale markets. She has over 10 years of experience focused on solution-selling to top enterprises, and more than 35 years of overall experience in enterprise business development.

Continuing to keep a firm hand on its B2B business, Converge recently onboarded Dindo Marzan to head its SME Business Group. Mr. Marzan has over 20 years of experience developing and commercializing tech platforms in emerging and developed markets.

Prior to joining Converge, Mr. Marzan served as COO of BayaniPay, scaling the Los Angeles based fintech startup to $200 million in gross transaction value and leading its North America expansion. As head of Converge SME Solutions, he will drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and elevate its market position. He previously held leadership roles at True Digital Group, Voyager Innovations, ABS-CBN, Globe Telecom, and Mozcom, consistently advancing digital transformation and business growth.

Exhibiting its sustained commitment to invest in its workforce as it evolves into a technology company, Converge enlisted a C-Level executive for its People and Culture (Human Resources) group. Onboarded last October 2025, Mylene S. Sardinia is an HR executive with more than 25 years in progressive leadership in human capital strategy, business transformation, and organizational development across BPO, HR Outsourcing and Media sectors.

Previous to Converge, Ms. Sardinia was the Chief People Officer and Sr. Director for Operations of Business Process Outsourcing International, a leading pioneer in HR and Finance & Accounting outsourcing.
