Ocean Network Express unveils enhanced 2026 East-West service network to bolster global trade stability

Ocean Network Express (ONE), a global leader in container shipping, today announced a comprehensive update to its East-West service network. Scheduled to commence in April 2026, the refined product lineup covers critical trade lanes including Asia-North America, Asia-Europe, and Asia-Middle East.

The updated network is engineered to provide industry-leading service reliability and operational stability. By optimizing its global structure and integrating additional capacity from a fleet of newbuild vessels arriving throughout 2025 and 2026, ONE is reinforcing its commitment to being a premier partner in the global supply chain.

The 2026 Product Guide reflects ONE’s proactive approach to an evolving maritime landscape. The new rotations are designed to ensure seamless connections between emerging markets and major demand centers, prioritizing flexible schedules that can withstand external disruptions.

“The East-West service network is a key pillar of global trade, connecting emerging markets with demand centers and serving communities worldwide,” said Jeremy Nixon, CEO of ONE. “Our updated 2026 Product Guide reflects our commitment to operational excellence. This network is strategically designed to provide our customers with reliable, flexible connections while prioritizing safety and stability amid geopolitical uncertainties.”

In light of ongoing regional challenges, the port rotations for the updated 2026 services are currently structured based on routes via the Cape of Good Hope. ONE remains vigilant in monitoring the situation surrounding the Red Sea, Bab al-Mandab Strait, and the Suez Canal. The company will provide real-time updates to customers should conditions allow for a return to traditional transit corridors.
