Cebu Pacific named among Philippines’ best places to work at 2025 BusinessWorld Awards

Cebu Pacific (PSE: CEB), the Philippines’ leading carrier, has been honored with two Silver distinctions at the 2025 BusinessWorld Best Places to Work Awards, reinforcing its position as a champion of people-first workplace culture.

The airline earned Silver for its Overall Performance and a second Silver for excellence in Key Workplace Categories, specifically highlighting its commitment to inclusion, support for persons with disabilities (PWDs), age diversity, and employee wellbeing. Notably, Cebu Pacific was the only local carrier to be recognized in this year’s awards.

The awards are determined by an independent employee engagement survey conducted by BusinessWorld in partnership with WorkL, a global employee experience platform. Organizations are evaluated against six core drivers of engagement:
