The Bureau of Customs (BOC) announced that Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families can now easily monitor the status of their balikbayan boxes through a newly launched online tracking system. This initiative is part of the Bureau’s ongoing commitment to ensure that the hard-earned gifts and essentials sent by our modern-day heroes reach their loved ones safely and without further delay.
To provide transparency and peace of mind, the BOC has integrated a dedicated monitoring list within the OFW Corner of its official website. Recipients can verify if their balikbayan boxes are included in the current delivery schedule by:
Visiting the Link: https://customs.gov.ph/home/overseas-filipino-worker-ofw/
Scanning the Official QR Code: Available on BOC social media pages and at physical BOC help desks.
The Bureau wishes to emphasize the following guidelines regarding the ongoing distribution:
Continuous Updates: The master list is updated regularly as the delivery rollout progresses across different regions. If a box is not yet listed, stakeholders are encouraged to check the portal periodically.
Door-to-Door Delivery: All identified balikbayan boxes will be delivered directly to the consignee’s address as indicated on the package.
Zero Cost to OFWs: This is a government-subsidized initiative. There are no delivery fees or hidden charges. The BOC warns the public against individuals or groups soliciting payments for the release of these boxes.
The Bureau of Customs recognizes the sentimental and financial value of every balikbayan box. For specific concerns, tracking assistance, or to report any irregularities, the public is encouraged to communicate directly with the BOC team.

“We understand how important these boxes are to our OFWs and their families,” the Bureau stated. “Our goal is to streamline the process and ensure that these tokens of affection are delivered with the integrity and urgency they deserve.”
