AirAsia Philippines is set to electrify the “City of Love” this week as it brings the second AirAsia Fiesta Concert to Iloilo, coinciding with the world-renowned Dinagyang Festival.
The celebration kicks off on January 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM along SM Delgado Street, Downtown Iloilo. The free concert promises an unforgettable evening of music featuring two of the biggest names in OPM today: chart-topper Maki and Asia’s Pop Heartthrob Darren Espanto.
In a move to reward its loyal flyers, AirAsia is offering exclusive VIP access to the concert for guests who present a valid AirAsia boarding pass at the venue.
To further entice travelers to join the festivities, the airline has launched a special Dinagyang seat sale:
-
Promo Fare: Starting as low as PHP 115 one-way base fare (exclusive of fees and surcharges).
-
Booking Period: Now until January 25, 2026.
-
Travel Period: Now until November 30, 2026.
-

AirAsia Philippines currently operates 15 weekly flights to Iloilo, ensuring that both local and international tourists can experience the vibrant pulse of the Dinagyang Festival with ease.
Beyond music, the airline is also championing local sports tourism by partnering with the Dinagyang Ultramarathon 2026 on January 23. AirAsia will provide flights and promotional support to help position Iloilo as a premier destination for both cultural and athletic events.
“2025 was a wonderful year for travelers, and AirAsia Philippines is committed to making sure travel in 2026 remains accessible,” said AirAsia Philippines CEO and President Capt. Suresh Bangah. “Events like the Dinagyang Festival keep Filipino culture alive and play an important part in reconnecting families. We are dedicated to providing the value-driven travel necessary for everyone to experience this colorful festival.”
The airline’s push for accessibility is supported by the Civil Aeronautics Board’s announcement of steady fuel surcharges at Level 4, providing travelers with predictable and budget-friendly pricing for the year ahead. Whether exploring domestic festivals or planning international getaways, AirAsia remains the champion of value-driven travel.
