The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) proudly announces that its Flight Standards Inspectorate Service (FSIS) has successfully passed its ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit, upholding its status as a provider of world-class aviation regulatory oversight.
The audit, conducted on January 23, 2026, by Certification International Philippines, Inc. (CIPI), serves as a rigorous validation of the FSIS’s Quality Management System (QMS). The assessment confirmed that the department’s operational processes and safety services remain fully compliant with stringent international standards for reliability, transparency, and efficiency.
The successful audit highlights the FSIS’s unwavering focus on continuous improvement. By maintaining this certification, CAAP ensures that its regulatory framework effectively supports the evolving needs of the Philippine aviation industry while prioritizing public safety. “This achievement reflects the dedication and professionalism of our FSIS team in ensuring that our aviation oversight and safety services remain of the highest international standard,” said CAAP Director General Retired Lt.
